INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 Black Cardamon pod, seeds only, ground
  • 1 tsp amchoor powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp ghee
  • 1/4 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mash Bananas.
  2. Add Cardamom seeds, amchoor powder, cinnamon, sugar and salt and mix.
  3. To the flour, add the baking powder and coconut oil and combine. once combined, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix.
  4. add water in small amounts until dough has a smooth consistency.
  5. Let rest for at least 15 minutes.
  6. Roll dough out into a thin sheet.
  7. Cover with Ghee and fold in an accordian-like style. Roll up into a spiral and roll out until flat again.
  8. Fry up over a medium high heat.
  9. Serve with honey and a pad of butter.
