Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lbs ground beef

  • 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 envelope Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • GLAZE:

    • 1/4 cup ketchup

    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

In a small bowl, combine all the glaze ingredients. In a large bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients. Throw that meaty goodness into a loaf pan. Brush the glaze over the top of that loaf of meat. Cook in a 350 degree oven for an hour.
