Ingredients

  • 1oz Blended Scotch Whiskey

  • 1oz Mezcal

  • 1oz Lillet Blanc

  • 1oz Honey Syrup*

  • 0.5oz Lemon Juice

  • 1/4oz Peated Scotch (optional)

Method

Shake all ingredients (except for the Islay Scotch) with ice and strain into an ice-filled old fashioned glass. Optionally, layer the Peated Scotch on top over the back of a spoon for a little more smoke.

*Honey syrup: Mix honey & hot water in a 1:1 ratio. Store for up to a month or so.
