Brownies (Formula 1 version)
Ingredients
230g Dark Chocolate
200ml Vegetable Oil
6 Eggs
450g Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
80g All-Purpose Flour
50g Cocoa Powder
10g Baking Powder
110g Plain Yogurt
170g White Chocolate Chunks
Directions:
Melt dark chocolate over a pan of hot water
In a bowl whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy
Add your flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, plain yogurt, melted chocolate and vegetable oil to the mix
Fold in the white chocolate chunks
Pour into a large baking tray which is lined with parchment paper
Pop into a pre-heated oven at 320 degrees F for 45-55 mins. The brownie should be firm around the edges, a little soft in the middle.
