FOR 2 COCKTAILS:

4 oz. Maison Rouge V.S.O.P. Cognac

2 oz. Tempus Fugit Spirits Crème de Cacao

2 oz. Cream (heavy cream, half & half, or a favorite non-dairy creamer)*

Grated nutmeg for garnish

Put all the ingredients in a boston shaker, add ice, and shake for 10 seconds. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Grate some nutmeg on top.

* For an extra decadent alexander, substitute 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream for the cream. To mix, combine in a blender with half a scoop of ice for a frozen brandy alexander.
