Slowcooker Creamy Peppercorn Chicken

Ingredients:

- 3 chicken breasts

- 1 Tbsp whole back pepper corns
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 x onion
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tsp garlic powder
- 1 heaped Tbsp cornflour / 1 tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 400ml of chicken stock
- 10 mushrooms quartered
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tsp oregano
- Salt
- 80g Philadelphia light

How to?

1. Add everything to the Slowcooker apart from the Philadelphia, make sure the mushrooms are quartered or not cut too thin. Chicken cut into thin strips

2. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6

3. Top with parsley and serve with rice or wedges.
